Geso high pressure piston supercharger (high pressure reciprocating supercharger) has four categories: skid-mounted, mobile, electric, diesel (oil) dynamic, mainly used in oil pipeline pressure test, sweeping line, film nitrogen, thermal mining, coal, gas supply station and other engineering projects, its excellent performance.
Pressure Swing Adsorption Nitrogen Generator Nitrogen Purity: 99%
The PSA nitrogen generator uses clean compressed air as the feed gas and carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as the adsorbent. Based on Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, it separates nitrogen from oxygen by utilizing the different adsorption capacities and diffusion rates of oxygen and nitrogen molecules in CMS. During operation, the PLC control system automatically switches the adsorption and regeneration cycles through pneumatic valves. Oxygen and other impurities are adsorbed under pressure, while nitrogen is collected as the product gas. By repeating the adsorption and desorption process, the system continuously produces nitrogen with the required purity.
