Based on Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, it separates nitrogen from oxygen by utilizing the different adsorption capacities and diffusion rates of oxygen and nitrogen molecules in CMS. During operation, the PLC control system automatically switches the adsorption and regeneration cycles through pneumatic valves. Oxygen and other impurities are adsorbed under pressure, while nitrogen is collected as the product gas. By repeating the adsorption and desorption process, the system continuously produces nitrogen with the required purity.
