During operation, the PLC control system automatically switches the adsorption and regeneration cycles through pneumatic valves. Oxygen and other impurities are adsorbed under pressure, while nitrogen is collected as the product gas. By repeating the adsorption and desorption process, the system continuously produces nitrogen with the required purity.
